We will discuss a roll-out plan detailing what information we will be inputting and gathering, who at your company is responsible for that information if you choose to have an onsite implementation person, and the timeline for each milestone of the roll-out phases. We will be with you each step of the way to the "go live" moment, making the technology a smooth transition into your current processes and procedures.
IMPLEMENT
We will plan training for the employees affected by the implementation and will be on hand throughout the implementation process. Every software integration, no matter how well planned and integrated will have bugs, and we want to be there with you, working through them until the software runs as smoothly as your operations.
